CEPI was founded by the G-7, the Gates Foundation, and the governments of India and Norway. The partnership will advance the development of Akagera Medicines' innovative lipid nanoparticles and modified mRNA technology.

The center for epidemic preparedness innovations (CEPI) travels to Kigali

Akagera’s own Daryl and Jackie Drummond have been a part of this project since 2018.

President Kagame joined residents of the City of Kigali for Car Free Day on September 4th, 2022.

The mass sports program, Car Free Day, takes place every other Sunday morning, closing down roads in the city and dedicating them to walkers, joggers, cyclists and others.

The President wore his Akagera Medicines cap for his walk.
